The same feature has been added to some of Sale Properties.

Renting With Us...

We are prepared to provide the same service in a new way! This means all of the necessary documentation will provided to you electronically. 

  • Your Tenant Pack can now be downloaded directly from our website 
  • Your Lease Agreement and Condition Report are fully digital and can be signed online 
  • Your Routine Inspection will be conducted remotely 
  • You can lodge any Maintenance Requests via our Maintenance Form in the Tenants Menu or you can lodge the request below

KEEPING THE COMMUNITY SAFE

For the health and safety of all our clients, our team and the community, Walker Real Estate International will now be scheduling Private Inspections only until further notice. 

Private Inspections can be booked in by interested tenants by pressing on Request an Inspection  and filling out your details, on the listing!   

Our office will send you automatic reminders for inspections the day before! 

 

When You're Attending Our Inspections...

Following State Guidelines, we can only permit you to enter our properties if you:

  1. Are Wearing a Mask 
  2. Are Wearing Gloves
  3. Bring ID along with you 

As the outbreak of COVID-19 continues to make headlines, Walker Real Estate International are ensuring we do our part to promote and ensure the health and safety of our clients, our team and the wider community during this period of uncertainty.

In the interest of health and safety we kindly ask that you be prepared to answer the following questions before an inspection is confirmed.

Over the last 14 days:

·         Have you travelled back from overseas?

·         Have you had any close contact with anyone who has recently travelled overseas?

·         Have you been experiencing any symptoms of the Coronavirus including fever or respiratory difficulties, such as a cough or sore throat? Have these been diagnosed?

·         Have you had any physical contact with a person who has a confirmed case of Coronavirus?

If you are feeling unwell and or have recently travelled to a COVID-19 affected area, we encourage you to seek professional medical advice.
