Venturing into the Real Estate industry 23 years ago has provided a range of opportunities for Gerard to hit the ground running in all he sets out to do. 

Gerard spent his initial years of Real Estate practising in Dubai, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Singapore and Malaysia, later coming to Australia where he has gone from strength to strength. 

Over these years, the cross section of Gerard’s experience has seen him advance from being a Property Manager to being an Officer in Effective Control (OIEC), Director and Business Owner. All of which was completed with passion and drive, but more importantly love for helping others.

As a business owner, Gerard wrote his own business plan that enabled him to gain extensive entrepreneurial skills. Creating an innovative growth strategy was imperative to building a company, a financial arm, merger and acquisitions to provide a tactical market advantage over the competition in the localised area.
